Reservations
A Hagenah B&B does not currently maintain an online availability calendar or online booking because we prefer the old fashioned approach of personally speaking to guests. This ensures that you are reserving the room that best fits your desires and needs.
Breakfast and taxes are included in our reasonable nightly room rates of $100 to $160 for single/double occupancy. Add $20 per night for each additional person in the room beyond double occupancy. Gift Certificates are also available. Rates subject to change without notice.
No children, no smoking, no pets.
Amenities provided with each reservation are soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and disposable razors.
Bathrobes and hair dryers are availble for use during your stay.
Make your reservations early so "your" room isn't already booked. We maintain a strict cancellation policy but we are also aware that unforeseen life disruptions happen. Perhaps travel insurance is something you may want to explore.

Upcoming Road Restrictions on Speedway

Cancellation Policy:
A one to three night stay requires a one night deposit. A stay of four nights or more requires a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount.
If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, the deposit, less a $25.00 handling fee, will be refunded only if we receive notification by phone at 520-298-0701 at least 7 days before scheduled arrival date.The exception to this policy is the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show.
Any dates during or overlapping the gem show dates (usually the end of January and the first part of February) require a 3 week cancellation notice. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
Acknowledgment of our Cancellation Policy is required before a request actually becomes confirmed.
