The common area for all guests includes:

Living room with 6 recliners as that is what most of the guests request.

There is a wood burning fireplace but that seldom, if ever, gets used as it's always beautiful weather in Tucson.

On site parking for your vehicle is available at no charge.
 

For your convenience there is a guest refrigerator and microwave in the common area as well.

If you have left overs from one of the great area restaurants, you can partake of that and watch the birds from the back yard covered patio. You may also eat your breakfast on the patio or pool side.
       
   

This is the view out of our patio door in the dining room. Just outside the door is a covered patio with plenty of seating. Of course there are also the deck chairs poolside. Enjoy your breakfast in the warm sunshine that we experience 360 days a year. What a gorgeous way to start your day!

 

       
 

Stringent new airline regulations present challenges for guests. To end that worry and lighten your suitcase, Sherry and Rich provide you with soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, and disposable razors. Bathrobes and hairdryers are available for use during your stay.

       
 

You can choose from three different accommodations. All include central air and ceiling fans. The Quail room and the Lighthouse room, both located in the main house, are suitable for double occupancy. There is also the Guest House Suite which can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance.
